SOLIBA M membrane level switches for bulk solids, allows economic level monitoring ok bulk goods as grains, cereals, animal feeds, in storage vessels. SOLIBA M membrane level switches may be used to indicate full and empty states and load demand for dusty, powdery, granulated and grainy bulk goods.
SOLIBA M membrane level switches are suitable for use with bulk materials (0.3 to 2.5 t/m3) and particle sizes up to 30 mm. The operation of the SOLIBA M membrane level switch is very reliable. Only such materials exert sufficient operating pressure on the detector to allow the tilting of the contact.
The SOLIBA M is a small membrane level switch for non-explosive areas which detects the high, low and / or intermediate level in the hoppers or small containers and the indications of stuffing in the endless wires and other types of transport.
Positioned inside of the hopper or silo, the SOLIBA M membrane level switch is actuated by a membrane. The operation of the detector is the result of the pressure exerted by the bulk material against the membrane. It can be used for powdery and granular products with easy flow and with a specific weight between 0.3 and 2.5 t / m³.
The choice of a SOLIBA M level switch for bulk solids, is highly recommended to secure your installations for a minimum cost, even if they are equipped with other types of equipment such as rotary paddles, vibrating blades, capacitive probes, ultrasound, radars, etc.
