Controlled rotation for guaranteed detectionThe operation is based on a motor that continuously drives paddle rotation. Under normal conditions (product absence), the paddle rotates freely. When the material level reaches the paddle, the resistance exerted by the product blocks rotation. This blocking is detected by an internal mechanism that activates an electrical contact, generating a detection signal. The signal thus generated then activates an electrical contact, which sends a stop or command signal to the automation system. As soon as the level drops and the paddle is released, it resumes rotation, automatically resetting the system. This simple operating principle ensures reliable and repeatable detection, regardless of condition variations in the silo.
