Level control relay

Level control relays for conductive liquids with electrodes are electronic devices used to monitor and regulate the level of liquids capable of conducting electricity, such as water, saline solutions or certain chemicals. Level control relays are widely used in industrial installations, pumping systems, water treatment plants and storage tanks.

The operating principle is based on the measurement of the liquid's resistance through the control box to which several probes are connected.

Levels are monitored through special AISI 316 stainless steel probes, which allow these devices to be used in environments as diverse as deep wells, reservoirs, cisterns and tanks. When the level of the controlled liquid reaches the regulation probes, the relay in the electronic housing is activated, and will only be deactivated when the probe designating the low level is no longer in contact with the liquid.

These electrical probes offer the same operating possibilities as regulators, that is, either in "DRAINAGE" mode or in "FILLING" mode depending on the connection chosen by the user. The electronic control box can be controlled at great distances of up to 1000 meters.

AT-DR07 Relay

The AT-DR07 level control relay is an electronic receiver that delivers a safety voltage of 24 V to power a level sensor/detector.

When water or conductive liquid touches the AT-Aqualarm sensor, the AT-DR07 level control relay switches and its changeover contact allows an alarm, signaling or command to be obtained.

AT-DR50 Relay

The AT-DR50 level control relay can operate in liquids of normal conductivity, high conductivity liquids or liquids whose conductivity can vary up to 100 Omega maximum.

AT-AQUALARM

The AT-AQUALARM conductivity level sensor provides a solution for leak detection of conductive liquids, even if their conductivity is low.

AT SONDE

AT-SONDE is an electrode that connects to a DSN motor protection cabinet of a level control relay such as the AT-DR07 level control relay or the AT-DR50 level control relay, in order to detect the level of a liquid by conductivity.
