Hydrostatic measurement principle

Precise water level monitoring is essential in many fields, such as water resource management, agriculture, environmental engineering and construction. To obtain reliable, real-time data, using a piezometric water level probe is essential.

Level measurement is achieved by differential pressure measurement between the liquid surface and the position of the submerged transmitter. Pressure is converted into an electrical signal by piezoresistive technology and conditioned in a 4/20mA loop.
