Self-ballasted level regulators are specially designed to ensure reliable level detection in complex environments, particularly pumping stations and pumping stations where the presence of grease, sludge and suspended matter can disrupt conventional systems. These float level switches are distinguished by their significant weight. Their high mass allows the float to remain stable in loaded liquids and to avoid nuisance tripping caused by foam or greasy deposits on the surface. This ensures reliable detection. Their geometry has been designed to penetrate grease layers that may form on the surface in pumping stations. The smooth surface limits deposit adhesion and reduces fouling risks, thus extending device service life and reducing maintenance requirements. A reduced switching angle compared to standard floats, deliberately limited, allows precise and controlled triggering when the environment is congested. This range of self-ballasted level regulators is designed to adapt to many installation contexts: Pumping stations, wastewater pumping stations, retention basins, industrial installations handling loaded water. It is available in ACS versions for applications requiring sanitary compliance.
