The SOLIBA PRA level detectors with aluminum housing are used to detect high or low levels of bulk materials stored in silos, hoppers and containers.
Mounted on the hopper or silo, the SOLIBA PRA rotary paddle level switch is rotated by a motor. When the paddle is covered by the bulk material, rotation stops, the signal is cut and indicates that the level has been reached.
When the level of bulk material decreases, the paddle is released, the signal is restored and the motor restarts to fill the silo or hopper.
The different types of paddles or process connections allow adaptation to tanks and materials to be detected according to product density.
