Toluene Tank Level Control

Application field

Toluene, also called methylbenzene or phenylmethane is an aromatic hydrocarbon.

Among the uses of toluene, it is commonly used as a reagent or solvent, particularly in industry. It dissolves a large number of oils, greases, or resins (natural or synthetic). Under normal conditions, it is a transparent liquid with a characteristic odor, reminiscent of paint thinner or related benzene.

Thanks to its PTFE cable and PVDF housing, the TUBA 125C can be used to regulate/detect the toluene level in a tank.
