Drainage or Filling Tank Level Sensors

To ensure tank drainage and filling functions, ATMI offers float level sensors for filling or emptying a tank for liquids that will provide high and low alarms.

Float Level Sensors

The level sensors for filling or emptying a tank or float level regulators sold by ATMI allow you to know when the liquid level in a tank is too high. But they also enable tank drainage and filling functions by positioning 4 water regulators from the AQUA range with two filling pumps.
The first detector corresponds to the low level alarm. If the water level drops too low, this detector will tilt. A second detector is placed slightly higher to trigger the first pump. A third level detector is placed even higher to trigger the second pump.
Finally, the highest level detector serves to activate an alarm when the level is too high. The pump filling will stop. This system is very simple yet very effective. It is the rise or fall of the liquid that causes the detectors to tilt and therefore the stopping or filling of the tanks.
